We start with one of our main styles and choose the correct size that fits your needs and budget first. Then you can add the extra options like doors, windows, porches, dormers, electrical, etc....
Our skilled craftsmen then set to work, constructing your portable building with the highest quality materials and sturdy lumber. Every detail, from the siding to the roof, is carefully attended to, ensuring a durable and long-lasting structure.
Flexibility is at the heart of our process. Depending on your location and preferences, we offer two options for constructing your portable building. If you have a wide enough access to the spot where you want the building to sit and your building is 18ft or less in width, our team will build everything at our shop and then deliver the building already fully built. Alternatively, our team will skillfully build your structure directly on your property, make sure they have enough space to work around it.
As part of our commitment to excellent service, we provide 100 miles of free delivery from our shop in Itasca, Texas. Upon arrival, we meticulously level and block your building to ensure it is stable and ready for immediate use.
We understand the importance of efficient timelines. While demand and scheduling may impact delivery times, we strive to deliver your portable building as soon as possible. Typically, the process takes between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the demand and our construction schedule. Rest assured that we work diligently to keep you informed every step of the way, and you will have a delivery date set a few days after you order. Have in mind weather may affect the date but we will always communicate if there is anything you have to be aware of.
