What kind of foundation is necessary for a shed?

We don't require anything since we provide the blocks to set and level the building. You can build a level gravel pad or even a concrete slab if you want something different, have in mind your HOA or city might have a requirement on this.

Do I need a permit to build a shed on my property?

If you live in a HOA or within city limits there is a good chance you will need a permit. Contact your city or HOA to find out. We offer permit pull assistance and we are also able to build the shed according if necessary.

Will my shed be able to be delivered fully built or built onsite?

We need two extra feet of clearance that the building's width for delivering fully built. The truck doesn't have to go all the way in, we use dolly wheels and a machine to pull the building in. If you don't have the space it will have to be built onsite.

What is Rent To Own?

Rent to own is a form of doing payments on your portable building without using your credit. Your monthly payment is part rental fees and part towards the principle, making you owner of the building at the end of the term.

How long does it take to build or deliver a building?

It usually takes about 2-6 weeks from the day you order until delivery, depending on weather, our schedule, and size of the project. You get an exact date of delivery within 3 business days of placing an order.

What size is better for me?

The size of your shed depends on what you are going to be using it for and how much space you need. Very popular sizes are 8x10, 10x12, 12x16, 12x24 and 16x40 but we do a lot of other sizes to get you exactly what you need.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver and service all Texas and a some into Oklahoma and Louisiana. Some delivery fees will apply depending on how far you are from our shop. Ask your sales rep if you have any questions.

What is a Repo building?

When someone stop paying for their building on rent-to-own, the building gets repossessed. We will re-sale these buildings for discounted price most of the time depending on how much of it was paid off. Repo's are sold as is, without any warranty, make sure you get a good look at the condition before you buy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things change. You can cancel your order at anytime, if we haven't starting construction we will refund 100% of your deposit.

What is the difference between us and other companies?
