Custom Floor Plans

With Eagle Ridge Barn Builders you can choose or draw your own floor plan. You can choose how many, what kind, and what placement you want for doors and windows.

7/12 Roof Pitch

Standard with every cabin shell is the upgraded higher 7/12 roof pitch. This makes your building look less like just a shed and more like a cabin or house.

2x6 Rafters 16" On Center

Unlike most other companies that place the rafters every 24 inches, Eagle Ridge Barn Builders uses 2x6's for the rafters and place them 16" on center on all cabin shells as standard.

Extra Lumber On Gables

The gable ends is another place where Eagle Ridge will go extra for you, by placing 16" on center studs and also deadwood. This makes it easier for you to finish the interior and of course also add strength to the overall structure.

Interior Options

Eagle Ridge Barn Builders also offers custom interior wall framing, custom electrical packages, and spray foam insulation if you want to have that done before you take delivery of your building.

OSB On 40ft+ Walls

On portable buildings, the bigger and heavier the building is the stronger it has to be. That is why we add osb sheeting under the siding on 40ft and longer walls. This makes the cabin shell a lot stronger so we can pick it up on one side without the building bowing.

2x6 Headers are included on all door and window openings in your building.
The floor frame of the cabin shells are all made with treated lumber and a lot of it...making it save to transport.
House wrap is under the siding of all our cabin shells to add extra moisture protections to the building.
